While this isn’t an uncommon feature among fashion websites, Liligal goes a step further by adding categories based on popularity.

Downsides
The return or exchange policy is only good for 30 days on items in new condition. That’s a bit short. However, they don’t start counting days until you receive the item or items you ordered. Flash sale items and jewelry are not covered by any warranties. That’s a downside, but one we think is acceptable.
In order to take advantage of the returns and exchange policy, items must be returned in new condition. On the website, they define new condition as unused, unworn, and unwashed. At the time of this writing, it is not clear what “unused” actually refers to in relation to the condition of the items. We are assuming they mean there is no makeup, perfume or anything foreign on the garment. We’d like to see a little clarity on that from the website.
With that said, these downsides aren’t deal breakers. Any clothing store or website will have similar policies on returns. Based on the customer comments we read, returning an item was simple, and exchanges usually arrived promptly.
What About Customer Support?
Customer support is a priority at Liligal. There are multiple ways to contact support or get help with an order or a return. There is a live chat option, but with limited hours of operation. You can email them or submit a ticket via their website.
The account page, which has all your order information and any point balances you have is designed well. Finding out where your order is or if the order was shipped is easy. As you shop, there is an option to add items to your wishlist which can also be accessed via your account page.
Most of the reviews and comments we found about Liligal.com were positive. Most customers were happy with the service they received and the quality of the merchandise. For example:
